Contact our support via your desire social or via the live chat in your right, provide the necessary information, they will send you your download link and your office 365 login.
➡️After That install onedrive app from your App Store.
⚠️⚠️close your opened Tab, and open a new private incongnito window, then paste the download link that our support gave you, press next and login with your onedrive account.
Press on the sync icon above your course while your course is open on all its modules, then click open onedrive, after you click sign in, a new office 365 window will open, here pay attention log in by using the login credentials that our support gave you and not your personal onedrive account.
You will see a new drive with an Organisational Name have been added to your finder, you will find your courses right under that drive, click on it then copy and paste it to your desktop or hard drive and the download will start, make sure to check if you have enough space for the course that you are downloading to avoid any errors.

After you verify that everything has been downloaded you can select the course folder from the connected drive, right click, and press FREE UP SPACE, so you can delete all the course cache from your laptop and free up some storage space.
